This course empowers tour guides to harness the potential of AI to deliver smarter, more engaging, and personalized experiences. They will discover practical AI tools for preparation, communication, and on-the-spot engagement—while mastering how to balance technology with authenticity, reliability, and the human touch. By the end of the program, each guide will walk away with the confidence, skills, and a personal action plan to integrate AI into their guiding practice and tour marketing.

Singapore restaurants are responding to the pandemic by taking a more holistic approach and by hybridising both physical and virtual offerings in creating innovative and authentic dining experiences for their customers. Guides could play their part in value-adding to restaurants in this process. They have to familiarise themselves with the transformation taking place.

The objective of the course is to enable guides to swiftly acquire skill differentiators in order to play an effective role in value-adding to restaurants and to help to uplift Singapore's image as a leading dining destination both for foreign and local tourists.

According to the Global Wellness Institute, Wellness is defined as ‘The active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health. Not only is the global market size of wellness consumers increasing (estimated to be around US$4.4 trillion in 2020), there is also an increasing trend of these consumers indulging in wellness activities while they are on the move. There are great opportunities for tourist guides to incorporate wellness related activities and story-telling into their tours.
Upon completion of the course, tourist guides would have the necessary knowledge and skillsets to create holistic and authentic wellness experiences for tourists.
