This course empowers tour guides to harness the potential of AI to deliver smarter, more engaging, and personalized experiences. Through hands-on practice, participants will learn how to craft effective prompts, adapt stories across cultures, and enrich tours with interactive narratives. They will discover practical AI tools for preparation, communication, and on-the-spot engagement—while mastering how to balance technology with authenticity, reliability, and the human touch. By the end of the program, each guide will walk away with the confidence, skills, and a personal action plan to integrate AI into their guiding practice and tour marketing.

The objective of the course is to enable guides to better interact with and manage Asian tourists through understanding and appreciating intercultural differences.
Cultural Awareness, Iceberg Model, Personal Behaviour Profiling of participants, Behaviour Profiling of main Asian tourist groups, Cultural Dimension in Asian Dining, Communicating & Trust-building with tourists, Managing Conflicts related to tourists and selling Singapore's Cultural Diversity to Asian tourists.

The objective is to provide up-skill training for guides to acquire new knowledge and skillsets to help provide value-added services to international exhibitions in the areas of hosted buyers' programme, onsite exhibitor assistants, technical guided tours and site visits so as to better meet the current and future needs of the exhibition industry.
